Let’s talk about packaging!

It’s everywhere; everything that we buy comes with a label, tag, box, bag or container. Sometimes inside of that packaging is even more packaging, wrapped up in more plastic for our safety. Where does it all end?

Studies show that in 2008 each Canadian produced 1,031 kilograms of waste per year! Another study in 2013 proved that Canadians produce more garbage per capita than any other county in the world. That is both amazing and sad to us.

We want to do our part to help lessen our footprint, and have partnered with Botanical Paperworks to come up with a beautiful solution. Botanical Paperworks is another Canadian company located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The mother & daughter founded business collects waste paper from local schools and offices and turns it into beautiful handmade paper with GMO free wildflower seeds embedded inside.

Starting today you can plant the label on our soaps to grow beautiful wildflowers that provide food to your local honey bees and butterflies. Each label is full of native flowers seeds that will grow into an amazing bouquet in 6 weeks.

Is your garden already full of bee and butterfly food? Then start a resistance and use our soap label like flower confetti, throw it out of the car window to provide flowers along the roadside. Toss it in the little patch of dirt in between buildings on the downtown streets. Tuck it into that little pot of empty soil that has been sitting bare for the last season!

Our goal is to be able to provide you and your family with a healthy product that is gentle and good for you. Now our packaging will do the same thing!
